We retreat to uplevel our connection to our deepest most authentic self whilecreating joyful memories with amazing people and building life-long community. Our integrated yoga practices will include precious resources and tools of yoga that have been gifted to us, not just asana. We customize our retreat experiences to those who choose to join us, and the practices and satsang that most clearly benefit YOU!  Our retreats emphasize both time and space for introspection, as well as opportunity to connect and just BE with amazing people. Taking a week away from your regular life allows you a "pattern interrupt" that, with the right guides, can be truly transformational.

Wildview Retreat Lodging Options: (Prices are per person - Single, Double, or Triple occupancy/privacy) Prices include: * Lodging and 3 nutritious meals each day. * Daily yoga practices, including satsang, meditation and mantra. * Finnish sauna will be available 2 hours each day. The pool and/or cold tubs can be used for alternating hot/cold. * Optional Strength45 metabolic physique conditioning classes will also be offered 2-3 times that week. * Walking, hiking, and mtn/emtn biking (extra fee for bike rentals) explorations from the retreat center will also be available.

ACCOMODATIONS:

DOUBLE  OR TRIPLE  "HAMMOCK MEDITATION" ENSUITES Radiant floor heating, air conditioning (if needed), a hammock to hang outside the room, and bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, clean linen, towels and a sun lounger towel. Triple ensuite rooms with 3 single beds in each.  2 rooms available. Triple occupancy only: $1890 If you are attending on your own, we suggest staying in the Triple EnSuite and we will pair you with a roommate or two. In our experience, this is an amazing opportunity to build community and develop lasting relationships.

SHEPHERD'S CABINS

Shepherd’s Cabins have either a double bed or two twin beds in each. The huts are cosy and comfy, insulated and come with air conditioning units for winter heating and summer cooling, electric points for the bedside lamp and charging phones, towels, and a hairdryer. Two wood cabin bathrooms close by have a hot shower, sink and flushing toilet. $2790 Single, $1980 Double

DELUXE YURT

15 foot outdoor yurt with 1 super kingsize bed for single occupancy or two single beds. The yurt comes on its own private deck, with an electric heater for the shoulder season and fan for summer, electric points for bedside lamp and charging phones, towels and a hairdryer. Two wood cabin bathrooms close by have a hot shower, sink and flushing toilet. ​$2790 Single, $1980 Double

Ground Transportation: Faro Airport and/or train station transfers to Wild View are about €50-70 depending on the size of vehicle used. We plan to  coordinate our pick-ups together, so our transfer costs will be minimal.

Flow Retreat Cancellation Policy for Algarve, Portugal Retreat:

• If you cancel your reservation 120 days or more before the retreat start date, there is a standard $50 service fee. The remainder of the payment will be refunded to you.
• If you cancel your reservation 90-120 days before the retreat start date, there is a standard $50 service fee. The remainder of the payment will be placed on a credit for Flow Studio, valid for two years.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 90 days before your arrival date, a credit will be issued only if we can fill your space.
