We come together at the beginning of the spring season to recalibrate our system, heal deeply, and energize our bodies, minds and spirits to support us during the times we are in. Join us in this healing, harmonizing and transformational journey through some restorative and nurturing yoga postures followed by the healing modality of Sound Vibrational Therapy and Spring Intentions to support our inner Blooming.   Spring is in the air! This is the time, the space between seasons where there is vulnerability in our bodies. Just like our joints, the space between our bones is a space of vulnerability. We come together to support our physical, energetic and emotional bodies to nourish and energize them in those spaces through restorative yoga postures and an immersive sound experience.

We are living in times where we need to incorporate all the methods available to us to support our nervous and immune systems. Sound and Vibration have been used since the beginning of time to bring us into a state of balance and harmony. A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, calms the mind, activates higher states of consciousness and the body's natural healing systems. In this journey, Dawn will create a portal of healing vibrations, using a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including a powerful gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more. The culmination of the sounds and vibration will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and blissed out.

All participants will be laying down for this experience so please make sure to create your own comfortable space by bringing a yoga mat, snuggly blankets, a soft pillow, an eye pillow if you wish and a water bottle.
