This Retreat is a unique offering where we will have 3 nights at a luxury villa in Playa Pelada enjoying local beach culture and charm followed by 4-5 nights (you get to choose whether you want to be home for Thanksgiving or not!) at the incredible Bodhi Tree Resort.

In addition to daily yoga classes and practices taught by Steph and Dawn centered around cultivating authentic gratitude through equanimity, presence, and connection, Mike will be offering optional energetic and inspiring spin classes, too! Yoga practices make space for stillness that expands our consciousness creating more capacity for presence, authenticity and joy!

From a holistic fitness perspective, our daily yoga, with the option for meditation, strength, or spin, and adventuring or relaxing will offer options for the perfect balance of cardio, strength, mobility training and rest/recovery. There is amazing food, surf, spa, and so much more, as well.
