In honor of National Family Health & Fitness Day join AC’s Coach Dawn,  for a family friendly yoga and sound bath session! This session is designed to bring families together for a playful and relaxing experience. Dawn will guide us through some fun movement and postures that support us in balancing our energy, followed by a soothing sound bath that uses the harmonizing vibrations of Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes & other high vibrational instruments. It's a wonderful way for the whole family to find harmony, balance and inner peace together.

THE DETAILS

  • You'll enjoy movement designed to help release stress & tension in the body, followed by those that assist in deep relaxation.
  • Then, you’ll settle into your most comfortable position, surrounded by props, as you’re bathed in the calming sounds and vibrations of the sound bath.
  • The benefits of this practice are vast, from reducing stress and improving sleep to supporting overall wellness.
  • We invite you to bring anything that will enhance your comfort, such as a pillow, eye pillow, or extra blanket. We’ll also provide yoga mats and pillows to ensure everyone feels supported and nurtured.
  • Come as a family and leave feeling balanced, peaceful, and rejuvenated!
  • If your child is under 4 years old,  please reach out so we can discuss if this is a good option for them.
