The benefits of regular meditation - are truly everything we say we want, from the simplicity of feeling more calm and peaceful, to changing the biology of your brain and body, to attuning you to your higher awareness or intuition, which allows a more magical and clear navigation through life. And I have just scratched the surface!

There will be supportive tools in the fb group as well as an invitation to share your questions and comments.

Many moons and versions of myself ago -  I was searching, seeking, looking for healing and happiness all around the globe, and like the Musk Deer, I found that the answers were in ME all along. And, while the travel and seeking has been magnificent in so many ways….it was THIS practice, this sitting, breathing and turning inward that transformed ALL of me. I am forever grateful that the past me found the courage, discipline, dedication and devotion to find, stay with and grow this practice.

This is how we move from seeking to finding....One day, one breath, once choice to turn inward at a time.
