So, we are here to show you that we care and we have created THIS “All The Good Feels Day” especially for YOU! 

Join me and AC as we offer you opportunities to feel good and indulge ALL your senses!!

This afternoon will include a sound bath, restorative yoga, and self acupressure massage with essential oils!

THE DETAILS

• We begin with an Honoring Gratitude Ritual to acknowledge and thank you for all that you have given.
• We then move through some restorative yoga poses, all with the intention of relaxing, calming the nervous system and creating a sense of ease in the body.
• As we settle into each pose, you will be guided to a specific acupressure point to deepen your relaxation, where you can also rub some of your oil to enhance your experience. As a gift to you — you will each be given an organic essential oil blend (scented or unscented).
• And to completely envelope ourselves in a state of bliss and restoration, we will drop deeply into a vibrational sound experience that will leave us all feeling a profound sense of peace. Sound baths bring us into a deep state of relaxation and balance, while calming our nervous system and supporting all of the systems in our body to soothe and harmonize.
