Fall is the time of year that Natures guides us into the wisdom of turning inward. In these weekly Meditation gatherings, we turn to the ancient practice of Meditation to help support us through our present day stresses. Meditation is one of the limbs in the 8 limb practice of yoga, created ultimately to assist us in quieting the turbulence and distortion in the mind, which is the root of all of our inner challenges.Â
Each week we will gather, connect, share and practice meditation variations that can incorporate mantra, mudra and sound. We use this time to support eachother as we ultimately deepen our connection to self and our state of inner peace. I invite you to share with others that you feel can benefit and will enjoy this opportunity.Â
