Why Plunge? I woke up for many years on New Year's Day, wanting to mark the day in a way that felt was as meaningful as the intentions and dreams I was calling in... and many of those days fell short. And then one year I said yes to a friend's invitation to Polar Plunge at her lake house - and I was hooked! This practice of cold plunging on New Year's Day has become a ritual and practice that inspires me and sets the tone for my year to come.
