This online event will give us space to explore the meaning behind the sacred sound Om together and how that eploration can bring gifts into our lives. Sanskrit is one of the 5 holy languages, based on vibration, we level up our own frequency, or attune to the high vibration of Om as we chant. Through discussion, journaling and mantra practice we will move beyond mental understanding and towards the deeper wisdom that comes through experiencial knowledge.  

We will explore:

*  The origins of Om

*  The meaning of Om

*  The symbolism in the Om character

*  The connection between the heart chakra and Om

*  Why we chant Om

You will leave with a deeper understanding and perhaps appreciation for the sound and symbol Om and perhaps embrace a new practice for attuning yourself to this highest vibration at any time.
