In most yoga classes Om will be chanted, we see the symbol on jewelry and tattoos, but do you understand the fullness of the meaning of Om? In this workshop will explore the origins of Om, its meaning, the symbolism in the Om character, it's connection with the heart chakra and why we chant Om.

This online event will give us space to explore the meaning behind the sacred sound Om together and how that eploration can bring gifts into our lives. Sanskrit is one of the 5 holy languages, based on vibration, we level up our own frequency, or attune to the high vibration of Om as we chant. Through discussion, journaling and mantra practice we will move beyond mental understanding and towards the deeper wisdom that comes through experiencial knowledge.
