I am thrilled to be launching this podcast, as it feels like sharing a little peace of my heart. This podcast offers daily short shares that include teachings that have supported me through my own journey. Monday through Saturday I will offer a short reading from some of the most beloved teachers and sages from the past and present, followed by my own thoughts on the reading. Each Sunday I will offer a longer episode that dives deeper into something that is sitting with me and feels important to share.  It is my hope that these teachings will be a source of inspiration and brightness in your day as they have been in my life for more than twenty years.
