I am thrilled to be partnering again with Barre3 Mill Creek! Please join us for a deeply relaxing, nourishing and restoring sound bath - a passive form of therapy.  

Sound baths are great for reducing stress, anxiety, depression, relaxing your nervous system, promoting better sleep quality and so much more. Please bring comfort items such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc. You might need to click on the schedue, go to full schedule, click on March 12th and scroll down to the 7:30pm sound bath and hit the "book" button. If you don't already have a mind body account you will need to set that up, it's a short process. Cost: $45 for non Barre3 members and $35 for full-paying members.
