About The Event
Dawn will lead us in our Soul Circle series each week to practice techniques that will support us, not only through current challenges but through the general highs and lows of life. We will explore techniques that we can easily incorporate into our every-day lives to support, balance and bring peace. When we take the time to shift our mindset, tune into our breath and connect with the silence within, amazing things can begin to happen in our lives.
We know the importance of self-care, but putting it into practice is another thing. There are many reasons we might not incorporate wellness practices in our lives often enough, like being too busy, too stressed, uncertain of what practices to use, or feeling uncertain that they will actually help us.
We have created this space for you to come, recharge, fill up your tanks, body mind and spirit. Practices will include Meditation, Mantras, Mudras, Kriyas, Manifesting techniques, Mindful discussion and Vibrational Therapy.
