Join me and AC for a 90 minute Summer Soul-stice Sound Bath, Meditation, and Fire Ceremony at the AC RETREAT in Arlington, WA.

Summer Solstice is a time where we can feel the ripeness of the energy all around us. We will come together to ignite our inner light and cultivate that rising solar energy in our own being. Together we will celebrate and fully embrace this summer season of play, joy, and gathering!

THE DETAILS

• 90 minute Sound Bath, Meditation, and Fire Ceremony from 4:30-6pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your spot and be ready for the incredible event.
• We will first circle around the fire where Dawn will lead us through a light filled meditation. Then we will set our intentions and offer what we wish the summer energy to grow for us.
• We will then move into Sound Healing where we will be guided into deep relaxation in a reclined resting position. We will be surrounded by layers of sound waves from the Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, giant Gong, and various healing sound instruments. The sound healing will soothe and heal your entire system... physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
• Please dress in layers, bring anything that will make you feel comfortable, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye pillow, bring a yoga mat (or towel), and anything else to allow deep comfort as you recline for the sound bath and meditation.
• As a yoga teacher and energy and sound healer, Dawn blends her love of teaching yoga with many years of studying alternative healing modalities. She guides clients and students to wake up their deeply rooted inner guidance system through Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing. She has come to know that the body’s natural inclination is towards wellness, it is her passion to assist others in becoming aware of and removing the obstacles in the way of that movement.
